I have always used C7 Christmas lights to decorate my house and here are some of the cheapest C7 deals on the web.
THe reason I like C7 holiday lights is due to their size and ability to string multiple sets together. I am not talking, however, about LED lights per-sey when I talk about strings in a row (more on this in a minute). The thing is that when you buy even cheap LED Christmas lights, you can string like 20 in a row anyway because they pull less current. But when you buy traditional christmas lights, you are limited to how many you can put in a row. For me, with C7, I still get a good sized light, and I can get 5 strands in a row together without blowing any fuses. If you go to C9 Christmas lights, that is unlikely to happen.
